Derek M. reached out to us about a patio paver installation project. He and his wife lived in Seminole Heights in a 1920s bungalow home with a run-down wood deck in the back. The space had a ton of potential, but they were not able to use it with the current state of the deck and surrounding area. Our paver experts ripped out the old deck, prepped the area, poured concrete to raise the level, and installed locally sourced, Tampa brick pavers. We then worked with patio contractors to get the back area fully-screened in with an aluminum patio enclosure. From demo—finish, this Tampa patio paver project took less than 3 weeks and has become Derek’s favorite space in the entire home.
